Interior Lighting

So I decided today to go down to the stealership and pick up some of the interior bulbs that have blown since I got my car.....

The heated seat bulbs went in with no problem, but the halo around the cigarette lighter is proviing to be a major PIA....I removed both heated seat switches and dummy covers, as well as the plastic tray where the ashtray should be to get some more room...an hour later and still no dice

Is there a particular way to get to/replace the bulb lighting the halo around the cigarette lighter?

Mine goes out sometimes, but if I wiggle the wiring it comes back on. I guess it could just be a bad connection.

The best way to do it would be to take the dash pannel out. I changed mine for an alloy dash the other day and it only took me about 15 minutes for the hole job.
