Wash/Wipes

My Wash wipes don't work at all. The Headlamp ones do. I have looked at the pipe coming from the bottle to the jets and no water seems to be coming out, but if I blow down it the air goes into the bottle. I don't want to investigate too much as its awkward to get at and I'm a novice. Any ideas of what I could look at?

Could be the jets on the bonnet are blocked or maybe the pump has gone?
