Sorry for all the intercooler repetition;oops:. It's just that when I was searching on the subject (considering adding a volvo 740/760 intercooler to my 8 valve 900 turbo), I came across someone who said that it was a lot harder to fit the intercooler into the "pre-facelift" 900's. Is this true? Would I have to cut a bunch of stuff or move things around in order to fit or will it be as easy as I've always hoped?:D

From what i've read you get a little more space to play with on the pre facelift front end, i think you may have to cut a little of the bumper away on the post FL models.

Fitting a volvo 740/760 I/C to a pre-face lift model is easy ;) no lower bumper to cut about like you have to on a post-face lift model..
here is my T8 with a Volvo 760 I/C note the lower section of the bumper is missing :cheesy:
Sleeper baby, no show & all GO...............................
