I need to know wether I can fit
a normal standard aftermarket cd player to my 97" 900SE
and if I need a fascia kit to fit one ?

I have a '99 9-3 Viggen.

I found that aftermarket kits to fit the radio in the dash do not work.

So I had an Aluminum Plate polished and Clear coated to fit above my aftermarket radio.

Future plans are to anodize this plate black and have 'Viggen' engraved in it just like my door sills.

If your interested I can have one cut for you by my machinist, if you would like it anodized just tell me what color.

Polished Clear Coat - $50
Anodized - $75

I can also do Engraving just let me know the design desired.

To ensure a proper fit, I would need you to send me the new radio and original radio cage.

Here's my custom radio installation. It's a polished aluminum plate. I then had it clear coated for a nice finish. My plans are to have it engraved with "Viggen".

Also when I find a tight boost controller I plan to mount it here. I'm thinking maybe an Apexi. Then the controller will extend from this plate.
