Does the 50 trim T04B Flow more than the Standerd trim 60

Hey i'm just deciding on a turbocharger. Crossing back and forth on emails he said he was out of .60 covers and would take a while to get in but he did say he would suggest a 50 trim t04b cover and that its a taller wheel which can withstand more boost levels and he said it would spool as fast and make boost stronger top end.

i want to do oil/water cooled .63 a/r exhaust
270 thrust bearing


and so does the 50 trim t04b flow more than the "standerd" trim 60??
