I remember hearing a while back that Saab was considering building a Sonett-type roadster off the same platform as the Pontiac Solstice and Saturn Sky. It's just a rumor, but does anyone have any substantial news regarding a potential Sonett resurrection?

at media.gm.com at the section of GM Blogs, Bob lutz anounced the launch of the Pontiac Solstice, now it is time to launch a Sonett.

Saab advanced Design Center it is in charge of the Advanced design center of GM and developed for example the Saturn Curve, it is quite similar to the 9x. There are some rumors that with that base could appear a Sonett.
