Don't know if this has been discussed before. But it just hit me that if Saab's China Division does even a modest sales volume in China, say 10,000 units in the first year with slow but steady annual increases thereafter, Saab Global is better off overall right ? Would this not take the pressure off of significant sales increases in North America or anywhere else ? IIRC GM's goal for Saab's global sales was 200,000-300,000 units per year. With the way China's appetite for cars is going, that target may be reached much sooner than we think ..... I bet there's hundreds of thousands of Chinese university professors waiting to drive a Saab :lol:
