ok we all know that cops are there to ensure our saftey and keep us from danger of other people. To protect and serve. To arrest those guilty and to ignore those following the rules.

but lets face it, we all want to speed every now and then when its appropriate, and when conditions are favorable.

anybody have any tips/tricks as to how to spot a steak out? or where a cop is most likely to hide with his radar gun?

how about any hot spots here in the US, or any major streets in the US that has heavy speeder nabbing traps?

anyone know when its safe (police wise) to actually speed?

It's really never wise to speed. Breaking the law is breaking the law, whether it's fair or not. If you want such tips, there are sources on the net devoted to such. I don't think it's a proper discussion for this forum though.
