GearHead 19-09-04, 10:31 PM welcomen! saabgril2004! yea, Saabcentral is the best place most everything saab related. What part of Idaho are you located in?I dunno I guess Im the other 16 year old in Idaho who owns a saab. For the Saab I would recomend a 1999 Saab 9-3 convertible manual, unless you prefer to drive auto...
convertiblegirl 19-09-04, 10:36 PM Great to see another girl on the site...the 1999 9-3 convertibles are a great car! I should know I have one lol jk in all seriousness though go for a 99 vs a 98 if you can afford the slight difference.
Saabgril2004 19-09-04, 10:38 PM thanx
i think that i doesnt just have to be guys that r into cars
we need to even out the score

alissa
raske9k 20-09-04, 12:06 AM Really?, why on earth did you leave?, this is heaven!. It is medim size indeed, but the traffic is very LA like, love the beaches though, and the mountains and the weather, and the people and...did I mention the beaches?
benji9k 20-09-04, 01:08 AM Welcome to SC... 9-3 vert, huh? Well, don't rule out a 9000. (They're nice and comfy)

I have to agree that San Diego is paradise...one of my favoreite places....
but paradise ain't CHEAP! Can't BELIEVE what it costs to live there. How many roomies do you have Raske9K?? lol
LA LIKE traffic??? Surely that's not a selling point?!?!

Welcome Saabgril2004!! Be aware there is a strong tradition of harmless and well-intended mockery on this site, it can come out of the blue at the least expected time, but it's always said with a smile :cheesy: and there are only a few chief protagonists who you will soon get to recognise
Hope you have fun here :D
(Hmmm....Saab-gril?....the ultimate bbq???? Now there's a thought..... )

Oh yeah, that, it is horribly expensive, it wasn't always like this; it only started to get bad in the last 6 years. But I've lived here since the mid-eighties, and cannot think of another place I'd rather live in (that and I've just bought a house), so "Sun" Diego it is for years to come 8)

Welcome! Welcome! Always nice to see another younger person. So many old people here. :D *gets beat with many cains* The 9-3 Vert is a sweet car. I wish I could afford one. ..Think if I bought another Saab though it would be a Black C900 4 Door. Spiffy.
convertiblegirl 20-09-04, 10:01 PM no wonder y gearhead isn't too happy
all these 16 year olds hoppin around make me feel like an old man
seems i should be booking the room in the retirement home next to D. Wolfe and SaabScott
GearHead 21-09-04, 12:02 AM Saabscott is old?
Saabscott is old?
yeah mate..he's around 65ish :o
Really!? Wow. He doesn't seem it in chat. I guess you're only as old as you act.
benji9k 21-09-04, 02:40 AM Really!? Wow. He doesn't seem it in chat. I guess you're only as old as you act.
Zing!
Oh, SaabScott isn't 65! I don't think he's a day over 50! :cheesy: (j/k Scott!)
Welcome aboard Saabgril2004. Watch out for all these dirty old guys! :cheesy:
I have to say I like my 97 900. If my daughter were old enough to drive (thank God that day is still 15 years away!) I wouldn't mind handing her the keys...after I limited the boost to 2 psi, of course. :cheesy: :cheesy:
They are good solid, safe cars.
