viggen bumper on a 9-5

Is this possible? I posted on this forum because I know you guys have more knowlege about the viggens which are awesome cars.

I've seen a picture of it done, though I forget where it is. But I'm pretty sure the 9-5 bumper is wider by 1-3 inches. You would have to cut the center of the bumper and widen it.
