Anyone have ideas about the following? Every once in a great while car runs incredibly well right from start up. The steering is noticeably easier and acceleration is effortless. Most of the time, car has sub-par low end power, although top end is decent. I'm guessing maybe ignition related. I suspect the wastegate is a little sticky also, but would that affect the car at very low speed? Thanks!

spark plugs and leads?

Plugs are fairly new, but leads could probably use a change. I think I'll start at the coil lead. I don't hear much about ignition coils being replaced on Saabs, so they must be pretty durable.

my mate had an ignition coil changed on his saab 900 turbo-was one coil per cylinder on that car(no H.T leads)
