Hi
I was trying to insert a new Blaupunkt CD player into the dash slot of my 97 Saab 9000. The fittings were all perfect, but the ISO connectors have one flaw - the speaker block on the back of the stereo accepts 8 pins (4 speakers, +ve & -ve), but the block with all the wires is a 10 pin block! However, just to complicate matters further, there are only 9 pins wired up! I have read the wiring diagrams in the Haynes manual, and the only one I don't understand is the extra ninth one, which is yellow.
Anyone got any ideas? Am I doing something really daft?
Cheers!
