question on BOV [Archive] - SaabCentral Forums

Hi everyone i just got myself a 2000 Saab 9-5, not the SE model or the Areo model but just the basic one. Since the car has a turbo i was wondering if i could install a BOV? i read somewhere on this site that a BOV would upset the ECU on these cars. I also read in this site that someone installed one on a 900 and they used a Forge Motorsport FMDV0004 Dump valve, that made the same sound as a BOV would make, is there anyway for the 9-5 to use this dump valve?
