Hum - I seem to remember this seller was selling a grey LPT with an unbelievably low mileage last week. Looked at all the other cars he sold and they too were in unbelievable condition with similarly unlikely mileages for their age. Feedback was dodgy - looks like he had writen many comments himself. I wouldn't trust him from the over the top prose he writes describing the condition - even if the mileage is genuine - it's way overpriced.

UH OH - a scammer?
mmm, just happened on it when on a break at work. think will have a look at those comments.guess you could 'fake' a classic but a close inspection should reveal new rubbers etc.
I guess that there can only be so many 'unbelievable' models left out there.....
still, an NG turbo with 0 owners and 2 delivery miles in my cayanne red would be too much to ask

ah-ha. just a follow up. yeah, have to agree, think he should stick to the model cars he seems to specialise in and leave the real ones alone.
what can i say - I got truly screwed on ebay with a leather interior
guess we all make our mistakes.

Only slightly odd thing is there were no GLi models in '85, except Aussie spec. (unless he just stuck the badge on..) -does appear to be an '85 car - but the trim level is more like the base models we got that year.

Well I'm quite sketched out by buying a car on ebay either way...
It just seems a bit riskey for that kind of money.
I'd buy a magazine or the like on ebay, but nothing as expensive as a car...
