Brake Problem?

Having a strange problem with my 2011 9-5 4cyl(A)30K miles. Only happens in the afternoon after being parked for about 8 hrs in 90+ degrees temperature. It feels like brakes are partially applied, real sluggish, high boost pressure, low instant mpg reading. When I apply the brakes it feels like rotors are warped. After about 10 minutes of driving symptoms go away and car drives fine. Doesn't happen everyday. Any help/suggestions is/are appreciated.

Check to make sure the brake booster vacuum line is not cracked. It is hard plastic on the newer Saabs and is subject to cracking if someone has worked in the engine bay.

I know it happens all the time on the 9-3SS/SCs when people change the plugs in the rear bank.
