Does anyone know where the 19" Edge wheels might be available for purchase. On the Saab parts site I only see the Turbine wheels. BTW the black ones seem attractive enough. thx.

See SaabUSAParts have the Panther Turbines 19" black for about half price of Edge ($257 per corner). I'd grab those!

Otherwise (my Preferred): Look for carbon copy of Saab's only 20 inch offering for the 9-5 http://www.saabsunited.com/2010/03/new-20-inch-wheels-for-saab-9-5.html [re-branded DOTZ Touge, preferably in graphite--or get a 10 dollar can of PlastiDip and make such!]. After-market in 18 inch or 19 inch model (available last time I looked; hope there's [finally] a US distributor). It's a very open design...you risk looking ridiculous with a small size brake disc, revealed, if you go 20 inch. Think an 18 inch version would be the Bizness --but please paint thy calipers [black]! http://wheelsworldwide.co.uk/wheels/dotz/touge/graphite (lose the yellow sticker...)

The Nordic Marketing Director for Saab [Magnus Hansson] had those 20 inchers on his Carbon Grey 9-5 XWD Aero w Brembo brakes (never making their way to USA/Canada). His car achieved a level of visual aggression that those bloody Carve wheels could never match!

[And now that VTuner has cracked the NG 9-5/9-4X V6 (already 4 cyl) ECU algorithm--allowing well beyond Hirsch power levels, for a [relative] song --9-5 owners can now go E500/550 4matic Hunting -- Show AND GO!]

Hey North Toronto Punter,
The 20" Saab wheels are actually made by AEZ. Model is Lascar. Not a close rendition made by DOTZ but the real thing.
In my opinion the 20" look a bit ridiculous. Also, the larger the wheel, the slower you go. It's like putting on larger flywheels. 18" seems to be a nice balance.

I'll be damned! My eyesight getting the better. Pretty damn close though :). I tend to prefer a darker wheel so the graphite attracts....

That said, this one would be on the money then:http://www.aez-alloy-wheels.co.uk/p...-anthracite-grey-with-polished-face--5-stud--

Indeed, wheel size needs to be balanced by tire size for same overall diameter (and then to consider wheel weight vs. tire weight...). The NG 9-5 is a big car...it needs suitably sized wheels (if not 20 inch). Panthers and Turbines (though monstrously heavy) do have the added benefit of hiding those pedestrian looking rotors and calipers.
