Guys,

I've got a new 9-5 2011 with 9 miles on it. The car is ok, fluids fine and no error/warning or anything else concerning. However, the car is not as smooth when it comes to transmission (gear shifting) as my old, 4 gear, 2001 9-5 SE.

I haven't changed oil yet, so I'll do that today, as the car has still has its original fill. I've been driving very gently so far and I have only 40 miles on it.

My question is if anybody had similar feelings, as I am not sure if that's my own impression only, or if I should be concerned. I never had a factory new car, so I don't know if I should expect it to be different during break-in period.

Cheers,

Onek

I also have a 2011 Turbo4 Premium, and haven't noticed any problem with the transmission (bought new with literally 1 mile on odometer). I think once you get some seat time in it and give it a chance to break in you'll be fine.
