Am I correct in stating that the '83 900T does not have a fuel pressure regulator due to the CI system?
I was doing some research on this and was planning to do some aggressive moding to my car (t4/t3 hybrid turbo,5th injector,IC,modded APC) and wanted to know what else needed to be done to prep the car.

First thing to do is fit water injection!!

I think you will find that the CI and CIS system have fuel pressure regulators. It is just that they are "hidden" as part of the fuel distributor. It's a needle valve type set at approxmately 35 PSIG (shutdown) Sets the lower limit of the control line pressure and the bypass supply return flow to the fuel tank.
