So i just got my ecu back from GS with the stg 1 tune. I popped it in plugged the battery back in and took it for a test drive. The car feels the exact same as before. I always ran around 5 lbs of boost which i always figured was low but never thought much of it. I am still at 5 lbs and there is no difference in the acceleration or anything of the tune. Do i have a major boost leak that i can't find? I already searched but couldn't find one.

Ok so i unplugged the hose on the waste gate and boosted into 15lbs. Does this mean the bpc is bad?

Yes - almost a certainty that if your BPC is original it will be faulty by now.
