I am about to do my rear shocks. One side is completely shot, the other is on the way out. I am considering Bilsteins HD's and using my stock springs.

From what I've read Bilsteins HD's will work with stock springs and ride great. I am not looking for super sporty and hard suspension feel.

I am not really that concerned about the height, because down the line I can get lowering springs, but I doubt I will.

Can someone okay what I wrote, so I can go ahead and pull the trigger. Thank you!

Also, if I decide to lower it, I would go for Eibach Pro-kit (in case i decide tho)

Hi aslan...im planning to do the whole underside of my 95 within the next 4-6 months..by this i mean completley powerflex the whole underside, get rid of the stock anti roll bars and replace them with updated ones and finish off with some Koni FSDs..iv heard these are a good set up..there not coil overs so wont be rock hard..and over here in the uk the roads are shockingly bad with pot holes..speed bumps etc!
The FSDs are a good comprimise between handling without spoiling the comfort of the car..check em out

Agree on the FSD's, at least from the feedback I've read on them. I don't think anyone has said anything bad about them. The only knock on the bilstein HD's is that they are a bit firm for some people...

I ran Bilstein HDs on stock springs with my 1999 9-5 and they were excellent. I am also running FSDs on stock springs in my 05 Aero now and they are great as well... Hard to compare but it seemed like Bilsteins mad less dip in the corners.

If you are maintaining stock height, go with Koni FSDs and get yourself some Aero springs. I echo valbowski's words on I am running FSDs now and they are superb!
