I have a 2008 95 AERO. The rear passenger brake light stays on all the time (bright). The drivers side works just fine. I did do some simple test to try and figure it out.
1)I moved the bulb from the drivers side(working) to the passenger side. Still the brake light is always on.
2)Swithed the bulb holder from the passenger side to the drivers side. It works correctly on the drivers side.
This leads me to believe that it is not a bulb problem nor the holder.
When I turn the car on the brake light is on right away. The car goes thru its checks and says all is OK. As soon as I apply the brake I get a "Brake Light Failure.
Could it be the brake switch at the pedal? Confused because one side works and the other does not.
