It's the rubber O ring on the throttle body mouth..
These either, fall off, go brittle and split, or get a flat edge when pinched!

It's a 50p part!

Remove the intake pipe to throttle body, you will either see a rubber O ring there, or a groove cast in for an O ring!
Either way get a new one, and also make sure the cut out on the intake pipe fits over throttle body fully, so it's correctly seated.

But why would there be oil in the throttle body...

PCV system

The system constantly recirculates the oil vapour that tje engine naturally produces, a small amount is burnt off during combustion.
When that seal is missing/split the oil naturally in the intake system (it joins before turbo, banjo bolt on alloy intake pipe) can escape, and a tiny amount of oil does go a long way!

Hej !

Fixed one of our test vehicles today with that fault....

Make SURE that you put some grease on the o-ring and inside the charge air pipe before fitting it to the throttle body.
