I'm thinking of fitting recirc valve on my 2001 SE which has a Maptun stage 1. Has anyone fitted one of these and did it provide any benefit over the standard valve. I've read that the atmospheric one won't do on my model year. Neo Bros have recirc valve but I want to know any benefit - other than looking better. :confused:

9-5's can only use recirc dump valves, they are all the same pretty much...

That's my take too. It'd be nice to get a view from someone who'se used the Maptun version though.

Cheers;ol;

Yeah the forge 007 also includes springs and shims to change the dump strength to 35+ psi

May be worth a go then since the price is pretty reasonable. Thanks.;ol;

Thanks guys. Bought the valve and fitted it the same day it arrived. It is a definite plus. The car pulls better in all gears.. All in all - a worthwhile investment;ol;
