I recently came across a list of things that can be changed with Tech II (it was somewhere on this site i'm sure).

I'd like to change the headlight settings so that I can have my fogs and city lights on without having my headlights on.

I have no idea how to use Tech II and don't have any of the equipment to change any settings.

Where should I go to have this changed? i'm only a couple hours from Taliaferro, would they do it?
