After months of creaking and horrible driving, I had my dad take my 9-3sc to his mechanic to reinstall the stock springs. Apparently, the reason for the creaking was a defective spring on the front end of the car, that is shorter than the other. The noise was coming from the coils rubbing.

I'm currently at school so I haven't seen the springs personally. Im curious to see if there is anyone who has experienced something like this and give me an idea of how much of pain it is to get the manufacture to refund me or replace the springs.

The springs are made by Vogtland btw, and I purchased them online from a Vogtland authorized dealer.

this is a common issues with cheap springs like the megans they dont phospers coat the springs and they also use a differnt cheaper metal so they sag over time and the paint will flake off and start to rust.

Paco- Are vogtland's really cheap springs? For the same amount I paid for my vogtland's I could have bought HR springs off of genuinesaab.

I have had Vogtlands for nearly 2 years on my 07 Aero and have had zero issues with them. They ride very well and drop the car just the right amount.
