My stock bosch dv most likely is weak due to age of car and how they are prone failure.i`m really thinking about buying a similar(007 dv)off ebay.green spring rated at 5-15psi.i heard the v6 turbo boost at about 3.6psi max.will i be able to install this, genuine saab states 1998-and up engines.any body installed paired with open intake on the lovely v6 joint.what were the experiences.
I have mine running fine on the green rated spring. No difference in performance, very slight difference in sound, and nice difference when looking at the engine bay. I did the same thing youre talking about- bought the valve for about $50 off ebay. Not a bad deal, and my original DV was still in good condition when I took it off.
So i guess i should run it backwards with the the green spring correct.havent heard any ill affects and since turbo psi is so low it would probably be better someone holla at me
