After almost a year of deveplopement BSR now presents PPC for Saab 9-3 SS.

150/175hp PPC Steg 1 gives 204hp/310Nm
150/175hp PPC Steg 2 gives 208hp/310Nm
210hp Aero PPC Steg 1 gives 247hp/388Nm

Our development has shown that the new engine (B207E/L/R) is durable and suitable for upgrades. The upgrading of the ECU software is easy.
The process is performed by the PPC unit and can be conducted from the driver's seat, the upgrade process takes approximately six minutes.

Currently after ordering the upgrade, the car must be taken to BSR Växjö or BSR Stockhom for checking and verification. PPC software updates can be downloaded via internet, guaranteeine that the PPC always are running the latest version.

Sales commence on Wednesday 7th January 2004.

Do you work with BSR ?

Will you be selling to other countries? If so, how will the check by BSR be performed? I am really keen to get the PPC.

I think I'll be holding off until thsi requirement has been removed. I think if you live close to one of the distributers, they can check it in place, but for the ROTW, (sigh) we have to wait.

That sucks that we would have to send our ECU overseas. We would be w/o our cars for several weeks. I can't see driving my beast (my avatar)again as a daily driver.

He is being advised by Speedparts as to the pricing and whether or not the ECU actually needs to be physically removed. Awaiting reply.
