Wondering what I should adjust them to. I want a fairly comfortable ride, but also feel like I should be taking advantage of their abilities. Although I should say that I don't want my teeth to rattle.
They will go with B&G Lowering Springs (made for the combi, not sedan)
Just put a set all the way around on my '99 9-5se sedan a couple of weeks ago with Vogtland springs (from GS). My old suspension bits were so soft, it did seem a little harsh at first but I have gotten used to it. I set all four up at one 1/2 turn back from the stiffest setting.
Car is MUCH lower now - need to do an alignment soon and get everything straightened up.
I made the mistake of setting my rear's in the lower circlip location. Will take them apart this week and fix that to raise the height back up. Am also replacing the cross stay bushings and trailing arm bushings this week in the back and then 4-wheel alignment and will report back.
Had mine on for about 4 years now. 1/2 stiff in the front, 3/4 stiff in the rear. Upgrade your sway bars and you should be able to run a little less stiff.
