the 195 is the width in millimeters. the 65 is the height in percent of the width so 65%of 195. and the 15 is the size of the rim.

i would go to a 205 at the most unfortunately we weren't blessed with the largest wheel well room in the car industry so i would get 205s maybe 210s if they make them but get a low profile like 45 or 30 they look cooler i think and perform better.
205/55/15 is the best size for max grip. 215 wont fit on stock rim and 225 wont fit on c900. there is no such thing as 210 width. they dont make anything less than 45 profile for 205 width.
i have a 84 900 aero i have the stock aero 3 spoke 15's i have 195-65-15 pirellep6000 theyare the best tires i have ran so far, i would suggest them, mayb even 195-55-15 for a lil lower stance, it might look a lil goofy because it wont fill up the wheel opening, but it will handle good.

For 205 width, there are lots of different profile options to choose from.
Most manufacturers have 205/40 available, but that would require 16-inch wheels for your Saab, if you want the correct wheel diameter.
195/65/15 will affect your speedo reading a bit.
Perhaps 195/60/15 would be satisfactory - that's the original tire size for Euro spec Aeros at least. 205/55/15 should do as well.
