Does anyone have an ECU connector or part of the ECU harness with the connector on it that they can part with?
I need to fabricate a power connector to flash/tune an ECU for a 1998 2L Turbo with a T5 ECU.
You can make your own power cable with mini-alligator clips, wire and wire nuts. You just need to be careful when you connect the alligator clips - make sure you pin them out correctly and make sure you don't short across pins. Provide 15-18v DC.
Another way would be to leave the ECU in the car and tune via the SFI connector or any other access point in the ecu harness. I understand this is possible from the CD connector.

You might also call up a junkyard. They're big fans of chopping off wiring harnesses instead of unplugging things, so someone would probably be willing to cut one off to sell.
