Splitters won't work either... it needs to be a full recirculating bypass valve for all T7 cars. Suggest either a Forge or Hyperboost recirculating valve... along with open intake if you really want to hear the noise.
What year is the OP car? I assume 2000+ being HOT model and thus a T7 car.
Did you not look at the item? It says it will work on T7 cars... I never saw one, but the guy says it works, so......?
I realize that he might be blowing smoke, but unless you have proof it does not work, It would be the only way to get a BOV on a t7. i for one am interested in whether it will actually work, so someone buy it and let me know...
$200 after shipping? I'd put the money into something that will actually do something for performance. ARB would be a good place to start. Or add another hundred and get a tune from JZW.
I didn't say it wouldn't be silly to pay that much for a little "bling" sound that doesn't do anything for performance, but I want to know if it will actually work. Someone needs to buy it and let me know.:cheesy::cheesy:
So far that is the only option I've seen to get a BOV on a T7. It the OP has a HOT then it's got to be T7.
I just youtube'd one and it was kinda lame. Very not BOV like PSSSST! but rather a pft...
it will have a T5 engine, with a red DI on top off the engine. You can fit a dump valve to this model.
