i took my car to a saab tech for no boost/hooting noise when boost is up.he said
a new by-pass needed.he installed new updated
saab one and drove and said all o-k.i picked up still no boost runs like a non turbo and still has a strange noise when boosting vehicle,any helpful hints,also anyone knowof a good saab tech in phila suburbs price is no object.

i have seen the hose coming off the turbo split and you only notice it under boost look closly at the normally orange colered rubber hose for cracks
