Ricta 29-09-03, 08:58 PM hi everyone, im brand new to this site and also to saab tuning. i have a '92 9000 turbo and i was wondering what some good beginner mods would be(with a tight budget!) i want to up my turbo but i dont know how. if someone could tell me how i would be very thankful. V.J.S 01-10-03, 12:18 AM Welcome to the site on my behalf too! Do you have a 2.3 or 2.0 liter engine? Anyway, I suppose you have the DI/APC computer (Direct ignition and turbo boost control ECU) and Bosch LH-2.4.2 injection. There's no easy "do it yourself" pot adjustment for the APC like in the earlier models. You need to reprogram the software and perhaps get a fuel chip as well. There are tuning companies that do programs for DI/APC too. But as a first "mod" I would check that your standard system is in A+ condition!
