Hello,

I have a 1992 Saab 900 and I recently discovered (tonight) that I have a gas leak. I'm certainly no expert, but based on where it's leaking, I'm guessing it's the fuel line. Anyways, I obviously need to get this fixed, but I'm not sure as to how much I should be paying. Any ideas, low to high?

Where's it leaking? I can't really imagine it can be too much. The fuel lines are pretty accessible throughout the car.

It appears to be leaking just before the rear axle - give or take.

thats where the fuel filter (roughly) is. has the fuel filter been replaced recently?

The fuel filter is in that area. I have had TWO C900's have the fuel filter develop small rust holes and leak fuel out of there. Replaced filter and they both were fine... the job is a pain in the *** due to the position of the filter but certainly it isn't expensive.
