The good:
Clean interior, save for one hole in the front passenger seat. (See pictures)
Lots of recent work.
Tires have plenty of life left in them.
Very solid running/driving car.
A/C blows cold.

The not so good:
There is some rust around the drivers side rear wheel arch, looks like it has been repainted. (See pictures)
Cruise control does not work.
The paint has come scratches and chips. (To be expected for a ten year old car)
SID has some pixels out and a couple buttons sometimes stick.
The windshield has seen better days. It is scratched from a bad wiper blade (which has been replaced) and has one chip.
I only have one key and no remote.
Small oil leak. Leaves a small spot overnight. I've been keeping an eye on the level and it really hasn't gone down to speak of. A new-in-package front crank seal is included with the sale.

Brand new parts (<500 miles) include:
Thermostat
Cabin air filter
Headgasket was just replaced. With that the head was professionally cleaned and planed.
Intake manifold gasket
Exhaust manifold gasket
Fuel filter
Front crank seal (not installed)
That's almost $500 in parts alone, I also have a folder with thousands of dollars of maintenance done in the last years.

This is a very solid car that will make someone a great DD/winter beater/whatever.
