The other day i opened the hood to check the coolant level and i noticed that a belt was off and about to break. It's not one of the alternator belts, but the other one. How the hell do change this thing? it's definatley not just sliding on.

Since you didn't say which other belt I will start with the power steering. You will loosen the pump in order to remove/ replace the belt. If the AC belt you will need to loosen the AC idler pulley.
