Hi. I'm urgently in need of an exhaust manifold for 1987 900 Turbo 16v. It's got to be in good nick with no splits or cracks. If anyone can help I'd be grateful. Cheers.

very luck if you can get one without hairline crack(s) usually between 2-3 cyl, I have two lpt and two spare exhausts, and all have the haircrack between 2-3. if your is cracked get it too a welder and if it's heated up and they use cast welding rods it should be the buisiness. there was a thread on here many years ago about it with pics

you are a luck chap marcsaab just happens to have one in my stock and it is in perfect condition no crack no damage i would like £60 for it? IS THAT CHEAP OR WHAT!!!!!!! ok barney give me a message back as soon as mate to arrange the do's. cheers marcsaab

you are mad you don't weld these manifolds i had a mate who had his welded and parts of the weld came away and went straight through the turbo compressor hence destroyed the unit :nono;

obviously a job not done properly then, as all you need is a 'V' gut.grind outwhere the groove is, you don't go through the casting, and it's then as new

The manifold can be stitched, had a 8v one done years ago.
