Hi all,

The steering wheel on my 9000XS (j) can move in & out (not up & down :sad: )but if I brake hard it slides back. ie the lock on the bottom isn't that good.

Any idea whats the best way to make the lock more effective.

If you remove the steering column shroud, I think there is an adjustable nut at the pivot end of the adjusting lever. It may just need tightening up a bit.
