You can't. You can count the number of threads on the old one, then fit the new one the same distance, but to get the Toe set accurately, you need an Alignment machine. An Alignment machine compensates for irregularities (run-out) in the Hub, Wheel and Tire; you can't do that at home.
The Saab dealership says $250, but I am going to shop around because dealerships bend you over...
