o cool thats wot i was thinking just get some spacers the only thing is that i want to use the same thickness of tyre that i have on the 17s so id be pretty much adding an inch to the overall wheel size i just wasnt sure if they would fit bacause at the moment the tyre is about 10mm off the shock.how much gap do you have from the tyre to wheel arch on ur car?

use this:

gap? maybe a finger.
one other guy has 19s on here...pade, i think.

no rubbing issues until my rear springs started to sag. spacers not required, but i put some 5mm eibach spacers out back b/c the rears just looked too tucked for my tastes. depending on your wheel offset and tire width, you might have to cut a little rubber/plastic from the forward lower end of the rear wheel arches. my offset was +38ish, and my current tires are 235/35/19 on a 19x8 wheel. I think i'm gonna give 245/30s a test fit in the future, since it looks like there's still a little room.

you might run into rubbing issues once you load the car heavy with cargo or passengers. i'm in the process of fitting some 250lb/in springs in the rear and 325lb/in springs in the front as i'm trying to eek out a bit more performance, but that comes with sacrificing comfort...which frankly, i don't give much of a sh*i*t about. :cheesy:
