that's not where mine is! :cheesy: and mine is in the stock location :)
The EPC shows it in this location from 1985 to 1993?

I think they moved it to under the seat in '89 when they combined it with the DI before incorporating it into the trionic unit in '94.
Hey Simon, what is that EPC program?

does anyone still need a better pic? i can go and get one right now if you need (my '87 has it above the driver's feet) I am about to go and remove it to do a lil soldering in it soon... :cheesy:
You probably don't care anymore but.
In the 91- 92 9000CS 2.3L LPT (in Europe Japan Aust NZ at least) has the LH & APC/DI located behind the false firewall (engine compartment). It has DI and BPC solenoid valve also.
It does NOT have a analogue boost pressure sensor input!
The APC/DI ECU does not use the ignition feedback from the DI unit.
I think this model was an interim before Trionic.
There are left over connectors and brackets from earlier versions. I took me some time to collect all the info I have.
apc locations as follows refur to british spec cars
85-87 apc with standard ignition under right hand side dash
87 only apc with seperate di both ecus under left hand front seat
88-92 di/apc only one ecu under l/h front seat
92-93 (cs models) di/apc under faulse fire wall in engine compartment
93- trionic under faulse fire wall in engine compartment
i think from what i have read on here that the us didn't get the di and seperate apc in 88 so i'm not sure what the us spec cars would have had .
