MoreBoost 23-12-08, 06:36 PM i saw an article about that car awhile back, crazy stuff
svetlana900 23-12-08, 06:39 PM haha normally i say to each his own, but this is just on a whole new level!
never have i seen such a thing! not only hideous but on a 9-3 no less! what an extreme waste of a car! and somewhat dangerous looking, what if a figure were to come off at high speed??
that makes me slightly angry! poor poor car, to enter the world as something with so much potential! and then to end up, well like this
i believe the owner deserves a good blow to the face

Actually it's some artsy lady that planned on doing this to her car and when she was shopping wanted something that would last so she chose a 9-3. Still not something I'd do to any Saab I ever own. Forget about things flying off, imagine getting hit by that car as a pedestrian and getting impaled by a PEZ dispenser. Ouch!
saabchilten 23-12-08, 08:49 PM oh.

ROFL!
i bet it gets the gas mileage of a v8 now haha :)
Haters.
It's just a big piece of recyclable metal. Reminds me of a saying by my old SDI, " Time for you to get a box of straws, and suck it the F up."

I wonder what she would get? Can't be too good.
How the hell is that allowed on the road? Surely it'll do massive damage to anything it hits?
Over in the UK the car would instantly be taken off the road for doing that to your car!
Mattlach 25-12-08, 04:39 PM That monstrosity resides in the Cambridge/Somerville area. I have seen it many times, unfortunately always parked.
I've longed for the opportunity to tell the owner what a moron they are.

Won't be very different around town, but should be pretty bad on the highway.

You see a lot of these and usually... they are old Saab or VW, mostly C900 S 4-door sedans... first 9-3 I've seen
Doesn't bother me, they own the car not me...
convertiblegirl 26-12-08, 02:04 PM I see that car almost everyday...
