Well, that's not a part that generally breaks and needs replacing. And Saab is a low-volume manufacturer so there's not enough sales for anyone local to keep rare parts in stock.

I'm sure if you're in a rush and willing to pay extra shipping that they could air-express the parts a lot faster.

Or you could find a local hydraulic hose company, take them the damaged hose, and they could likely build you a new hose in an hour for a fraction of the cost.
