I wanted to be able to turn off my "shift up" light but I couldn't find this information for the 900S anywhere on the forums, so I thought I'd post it.
On a motronic NG 900S car (N/A), the blue/yellow wire that controls the "shift up" light goes into pin #35 on the ECU. It is easier to access the wire directly behind the glove box (you have to remove the glove box), where it is part of 2 big plugs after which the wires are distributed to different parts of the car. It is still a blue/yellow wire, just like with a trionic, but the position in the ecu plug is different.
I clipped the wire and added a switch. I hate having the light come on, but my wife likes it, so this way we can both be happy.
