What is wrong with my power outlets?

:cry: Does anyone know an online site where I can get some technical help. I have 3 12v power outlets that just quit working. I really need those things. I travel a lot and I have my GPS plugged into one of them. I have checked every fuse in the fusebox under the hood, and they are all good. Is there another fuse block somewhere? Are those things fused at all ? If it's not a fuse, what could make them just stop working? all 3 of them?

There are wayyy more fuses inside the car, not sure where they are in the 9-7x, but the ones under the hood are not the right ones. Did someone hook these up themselves? Maybe they didnt do a good job and something is shorting out. Look in your owners manual to find the fuse.

The 3 12v power outlets quit working just before my wife took her 9-7X for a service appointment a few months back. First thing, I checked was Engine Compartment #13 Fuse (Cigar Lighter) IAW the owners manual and it was fine.

Upon return from her appointment, I reviewed the Service Invoice and found that the solution was replacing the #46 Fuse (Auxiliary Power 1) under the rear seat.

There is constant power from the 3 12v power outlets in my wife's 9-7X, while In my 9-3 Arc the power from both 12v power outlets shut off when I turn off the car. :confused:

My outlets have blown the fuse twice and I am sure it will happen again. Dealer service finds nothing wrong...of course.
