regardless of what anyone tells me I usually change mine at the 50% mark.

Because the oil changes are free up to 3yr 36K

The dealer told me about 10%. The car is actually supposed to tell you but it doesn't seem to do that. I noticed though that the OnStar e-mail report does tell you to do it when it hits 10% so maybe that's where they get it.
It still makes me nervous to wait that long but the last two times I've looked at the oil that came out and I have to admit it still looked fairly good. It's not scientific of course but it certainly looked better than any of my previous cars at 3,000 miles.
