is it true that rims from a ford focus 2000+ can fit on a 900?

Yes and no, the offset on the 16x6 rims / 205-50 tires is marginally too much, the tire touches the spring on full extension and full lock. Normally there is no touch.

You want rims I have a perfect set without even 1 scratch :cheesy:

Depends what year of classic 900. Pre-87 C900's use 4 x 114.3 mm nut-style wheels. Post-86 C900's use 4 x 108 mm bolt-style wheels which is the same mounting pattern used by some Fords.

Saab's standard wheels for pre-87 C900's are ET40 (offset 40 mm) and for post-86 C900's they're ET38 (offset 38 mm).

I have a set of Italian made Fondmetal wheels which are 4 x 108 PCD but the offset isn't right and the centre-bore opening at the back is not the right size (it's a bit too small). I'm looking at ways to adapt them to fit my 89 900i.

put a spacer ring on hub, have the locating peg and the hub securing screw to keep it in position, have the holes pre drilled in a 3mm plate or whatever you need to move it out and prevent rubbing and job done. with stud hubs its easy you just put a spacer washer on each stud wheel on nuts on, as I bought some wheels for a car I had once and that was the problem the tyres rubbed(would'nt move when fitted:cheesy: ) so just spaced then with 3mm thick washers job done

The US Mk2 Focus isn't related to the Mk2 Focus the rest of the world gets. The Mk1 was, though.
