: Oil leak through a coolant hose

My 99 Saab 9-5 had busted coolant hose, connecting water pump (or thermostat housing) and turbocharger. The id of the hose about 1/4" (6-7 mm) and it's about 2" (5 cm) long. One end of the hose is connected to the metal outlet as indicated by sky-blue line in the following fig. The other end of hose is connected to a metal pipe, which is connected to turbocharger.

In the figure the big coolant outlet is connected to the top of the radiator (this is just an extra info to make you easy to figure out what hose I am talking about) .

The puzzling thing is that I though the hose is for coolant since the coolant was leaking through the busted hole of the samll rubber hose. I left the car with the hose removed over the night. When I came back with a replacement hose, I found that oil is leaking from the metal pipe, which is connected to turbocharger. So, I have both oil and coolant leak from the same hose/pipe.

My Q's are:
1) Is this hose/pipe for oil or coolant?
2) If something is wrong, what is it?

Thanks
