Im going to suggest going to a saab specialist to get this done. (Dont confuse that with the dealership though.) I dont know if the numbers are right or not....sorry, but a good saab shop should be able to figure it out. I dont like going to places that have to ask you questions about the car you just brought in.

Most good frontend shops will know the adjustments. The only thing good about Sears is that there frontend alignments have a lifetime warranty. But do search online about there work and you will find out why they have one of highest amount of complaints of any company in the US. ;oops: Best Buy is the only company who beats them.

Hey Guys,

I just want to say thank you to everyone in this forum. I've been reading posts for over a year now, but just never had the guts to post myself. Anyways, recently I put in a new Eibach Pro-Kit / Bilstein Sport setup in my 2000 9-5 thanks to the guides posted on here.

My problem is when I went I got my full alignment done at Sears, they told me that the manufacturer doesn't specify the camber/caster adjustments. Can anyone tell me if the specs below are alright? Thanks!

How does the car ride after the upgrade compared to the stock setup? Is the ride rough and harsh, or is it firm but giving over bumps and potholes? I also have a 2000 lpt sedan and I don't like the sloppy handling but I'm too old for a bone jarring ride.Did you get them from Shox.com?Where they very expensive? Thanks

First, I'm not an alignment expert. However, I, too, had an alignment done at Sears. I never looked at the receipt until 100 miles over the warranty period (5000 or 6000 miles). At that point, I had to replace the front two tires as the right side tread of each was gone. When I checked the alignment receipt, I noticed similar numbers for camber. The camber was out of spec, which, based on your picture, is the same for you. I went to a shop to have it sorted out. They said that Saab allows more deviation in strut towers than most cars. Camber is not adjustable, and sometimes, with the aging of the suspension, the camber changes. I had to have camber adjustment cams installed so they could bring it into spec. Based on the receipt after my most recent alignment, I'm going to have to install shims in the rear for the next one. The good thing about the camber adjustment cams is their adjustment can be changed repeatedly.

As far as shops, I haven't lived in NH for about 9 years, but there was a Gary Saab, I think, in Concord on the way to Bow. I don't know if they do alignments or not. There's also a Saab dealership in Concord up on Manchester St. They're very nice, but I can't vouch for the quality of service as I didn't own my Saab when in NH.

I've used Gary Blake for an alignment and they did a great job.

I brought my 95 there after a small shop aligned the car and it still pulled. They fixed it and installed shims. They also have a road force balancer. I was not a believer in road force until I saw the printout of my recently balanced and installed tires and the ride quality after a rebalance. They found a bad tire and the ride quality improved greatly after the road force. I’ll be going back.
