There is a thread in the 9-3 forum about MPG on tuned cars.

This is one post from it:

This would only be for people who have not changed their injectors to something larger, FYI.

The "gas mileage" is based on the duty cycle of the injector.

With my 60# injectors, and GT30, I get in the mid 20's if I drive nice.

The sid says 40mpg or something. It makes me LOL.

And yes, the power is satisfying.
Can anyone confirm if the SID calculation in our T7 cars is based on the same "injector cycle" data?

I have never worked out my actual MPG only ever looked at the SID - but this posts suggests that with changed fuelling, the SID would be out

What does WIS says about the calculation of MPG please?

Not the same in T7 as in a t5 car.. T5 has an extra wire from an injector to the SID. T7 sends a fuel consumed message over the bus. If the injector constant is correct in the software it should read correctly.
